What We Do
Our highly qualified staff provides mental health counseling throughout Delaware, emergency housing and services for domestic violence victims and their children, and visitation centers in Kent and Sussex counties. Whatcoat Social Services provides emergency shelter for homeless men, women and children, as well as, transitional housing. Our Independent Living program provides current and former foster youth (ages 16-21) a broad range of services that helps them achieve maximum self-sufficiency and our Girls Group Home provides a safe and homelike environment for girls (age 13-17) to thrive in.
