To promote the overall quality of life, independence, and equality of children and adults with Cerebral Palsy and other disabilities and their families.

To carry out and achieve its mission, UCP of Delaware will:

• Support active community integration, inclusive education and productive employment of people with disabilities in the mainstream of society
• Promote awareness and understanding of issues and research that impact upon people with disabilities,
• Collaborate with other agencies to support the empowerment of people with disabilities,
• Advocate for the rights of people with disabilities,
• Generate financial and human resources for improved services to people with disabilities.
