Dr. Clyde Maxwell is the Founder and President of Maxwellness MD Health, a leader in integrated medical and dental care. With over 30 years of experience, Dr. Maxwell focuses on addressing healthcare disparities and improving care for underserved communities in the northeast United States. At Maxwellness MD Health, Dr. Maxwell spearheads innovative healthcare solutions to bridge health equity gaps. He combines his expertise in oral and systemic health with preventive and lifestyle medicine teams to create an integrated primary care model that enhances patient wellness. Dr. Maxwell is committed to improving health outcomes for vulnerable populations, including Black, Latino, Native American, and rural communities. His passion is to provide equitable, high-quality care to those who need it most.

We use medical dental integration to help build critical bridges between oral health and overall health. We integrate the evidenced based BDM (BaleDoneen Method) with comprehensive dentistry to create an innovative approach to prevention of heart attacks, strokes diabetes, and other chronic diseases. We use cutting edge diagnostic technologies and evidence based medicine with a collaborative team based care to deliver comprehensive care plans for the whole person
