Do-Good-A-Thon 2021 May 31st - July 5th
WHO CAN PLAY?
EVERYONE IN THE COMMUNITY! ALL AGES
Individuals can enter by themselves and are further encouraged to refer other individuals and groups increase their odds of winning the REFERRAL AWARD.
Organizations can ALSO participate by proposing volunteer activities that can count as acts for individuals. For example, a local community center could announce a community clean up at which individuals can attend to get points.
HOW TO PLAY
To participate in the Do Good A Thon, all you have to do is go out into the world (In person or Virtually) and DO SOMETHING GOOD for a STRANGER.
USING THE HONOR SYSTEM: Record the deeds that you do on the Contest Entrance Form. (found below)
During the 6-week period fill out your worksheet with all the activities you complete. You can digitally upload the your sheet here return the form by mail or scan and email a copy to DGAT@starfishcasters.org
PRIZES WILL BE AWARDED TO THE TOP PLAYER IN THE FOLLOWING CATEGORIES:
- PERSONAL IMPACT: Most Acts of Service by an Individual (individual impact)
- REFERRAL AWARD: Person who referred the most people to the challenge (ripple of action)
- INDIVIDUAL LOTTERY: 1 Random Drawing from individual entrants (promote individual participation)
- GROUP IMPACT: The GROUP that has the most Referrals. (promote organizational participation)
