The Henrietta Johnson Medical Center is holding a community vaccine event on Sunday May 16th starting 11:00AM until 5:00PM at the Warehouse Teen Center located at 1121 Thatcher St, Wilmington, DE 19802. The event aims to serve our residents in the 19801 and 19802 zip codes. We can provide vaccines to all people ages 16 years old and up. Help get the word out by sharing with community members.

Volunteer Opportunities:
- Registration- Check-in attendees, confirm valid photo ID, assist with paperwork completion.
- Clinic Flow- Monitor attendee flow, facilitate attendees to vaccine stations, direct traffic in clinic areas.
- Observation Area- Monitor attendees post-vaccine, assist with V-Safe registration.
- Community Canvas Team- Walk surrounding neighborhoods to promote events & recruit attendees, give door-to-door education about vaccines and COVID-19 management.
- Community Vaccinator- Coordinate with canvas team to administer the vaccine in neighborhoods, identified home-bound persons (DRMC training required).
- Patient Education- Answer questions about the vaccine, side effects, general COVID-19 management (trained health professionals only).
