We celebrate Earth Day by working in our local communities to clean and protect the Earth. Over a billion people celebrate Earth Day by taking part in activities like community clean-ups, picking up litter and planting trees. Help us to make the Earth a happier, healthier place to live by starting right here in your local community.
Community Clean Up: April 23rd 9am - 11:30pm
Volunteers will be at William Hicks Anderson Community Center at 8:45am
Volunteers will be divided into groups to clean streets (pick up trash) between Adams Street and Washington Street 4th to 8th Street)
Maps will be provided along with gloves and trash bags.
