Create engaging community based videos on various health and wellness topics that can be shared on social media and the Virtual Y website. These videos are relevant to members and the community. For example: Healthy Snacks for children and families, posture for children while going to virtual school, mental health activities, crafts, etc. Expert should identify themselves at a Nemours Employee. Using a smartphone/smart device, camera or what is available to them is preferred. We would like to be able to use the content now on our Virtual Y website and social media. (Able to produce 2 to 3 videos a week).
Requirements:
· Previous experience working as a Social Media Coordinator or in a similar role (videos)
· Experience developing content, editing videos, and posting on social media platforms
· Knowledge and expertise with multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Instagram
· Previous experience doing audience research and buyer persona research
· In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, keyword research
· Ability to deliver creative text, image, and video content
· Familiar with marketing channels and online marketing strategies
· Familiar with web design and publishing
· Ability to grasp future digital technology trends and act on them proactively
· Ability to multitask
· Strong analytical skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Additional tasks and projects assigned by site managers
