Neighborhood House, Inc is a multi-purpose non-profit community center located in South Wilmington and Middletown. Founded in 1927, the center promotes community engagement and development. The mission is to provide programs that educate, enlighten and empower people to improve their lives.

Neighborhood House, Inc. provides a broad range of services to meet the needs of the family. From the Early Learning Center to School Age Program, Summer Enrichment Program, Family Services, Housing Counseling, including the First-Time Home-Buyers Program and the Neighborhood Empowerment Center.
