Delaware 211 (DE211) is seeking enthusiastic volunteers to assist with callbacks following our events. As a Call Back Specialist, you will play an essential role in following up with event attendees, gathering feedback, and providing additional information or support as needed.

Responsibilities:

· Conduct follow-up calls to event attendees to gather feedback and provide additional information.

· Accurately record and organize feedback into the DE211 system.

· Address any questions or concerns from attendees and provide necessary support.

· Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.

Requirements:

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Comfort and confidence in making phone calls.

· Good organizational and time management abilities.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Training:

· Comprehensive training will be provided to all volunteers to ensure they are well-prepared and confident in their roles.
