To help address increased demands for food assistance amidst the coronavirus public health crisis, we will host three drive-thru mobile pantries in each Delaware county this week for families struggling to afford food.
For Delawareans who want to help:
We are in need of healthy volunteers to assist with drive-thru distributions in Newark. Georgetown, and Dover.
May 18, 2020 – Sussex Central High School (26026 Patriots Way, Georgetown, DE 19947) – the volunteer shift would be from 9:00 AM to approximately 4 PM
May 20, 2020 – Dover International Speedway (1131 N Dupont Hwy, Dover, DE 19901) – the volunteer shift would be from 8:30 AM to approximately 3 PM
May 22, 2020 – Glasgow High School (1901 S College Ave Newark DE 19702) – the volunteer shift would be from 8:30 AM to approximately 3 PM
