May 4th is National Teachers’ Appreciation Day and this year we are bringing lunch straight to the teachers in Learning Pods throughout the entire state of Delaware from New Castle County to Sussex.
This is a one-day event taking place on May 4th from 11:30 am until each lunch is delivered. We need volunteers like YOU to help make this day a success!

There are 16 different Learning Pod sites needing a lunch delivery. Each area is grouped by zip code and proximity to the pick-up locations. We have four (4) locations partnered with United Way of Delaware to provide lunch for our teachers. The first location is the Capriotti’s (Dover, Milford, and New Castle) and The Greene Turtle (Main St).
Volunteers will pick up the lunch from the restaurant location and deliver the lunches to the Learning Pod designated.
